My name is Jennifer Schmidt. I am the Literacy and Math Coach at an elementary campus. My job is to support student achievement by helping students become proficient in reading, writing, and math. I accomplish this goal by working with teachers, helping them incorporate successful strategies that will make a difference for all our students.

I graduated from Park University with a Bachelor’s degree and worked on my teaching certificate in Elementary General Education through Region 19. I also have Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Education Management, both from New Mexico State University. This will be my 12^th year in the education field and my 5^th year as an Elementary Instructional Coach.
